- Strategic Planning:

- Operational Oversight:
- Oversee the agency’s day-to-day operations, ensuring efficient processes and high-quality service delivery.

- Implement and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track operational effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.
- Business Development:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the agency’s client base and increase revenue.
- Develop and deliver proposals and presentations to potential clients.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements to secure new business and maintain existing accounts.
- Financial Management:
- Develop and manage the agency’s budget, ensuring financial targets are met.
- Monitor financial performance, including revenue, expenses, and profitability.
- Implement cost-control measures and optimize resource allocation.
- Quality Assurance:
- Ensure the delivery of high-quality services that meet or exceed client expectations.
- Implement and maintain quality assurance processes and standards.
