Job Description
- End to end Marketplace management (Myntra, Nykaa Flipkart, Amazon.com, Tata Cliq etc)
- Responsible for sales, cataloguing and negotiating with marketplace players
- Create & maintain marketplace content and ensure all content is up to date and ensure all pages, products & prices on the site are correct, updated.
- Listing Products, Promotional activities, Email Marketing, running campaigns, Customer queries, updating of products.
- Catalogue Management, Sales Management, Budgeting and payment collections
- Maintaining reports and returns.
- Monitor and maintain customer feedback.
- Work on problem solving and product optimizations.
- Regularly manage inventory across ecommerce portals.
- Develop and implement ecommerce strategy in order to improve performance and achieve the budgeted target
- Co-ordination with Accounts Manager and various other stakeholders on daily basis.
- Using Spreadsheets or Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP's etc.) in addition to web analytics to stay organized and monitor changes in product sales and identify opportunities for improvement.
